李東生：遠征心得

    李東生曾和退休後的韋爾奇有過一次面對面的談話。當時，他剛剛完全對兩家企業的並購，其中的湯姆遜公司就是當年韋爾奇賣掉的。李東生問韋爾奇，如何讓虧損的湯姆遜公司扭虧為盈。韋爾奇回答：“如果我有辦法，我當初就會把它賣掉。”當時，這場對話被國內許多讀出了中國企業超越國際水平的意義。一年以後，踏上國際化征程同時在法國並購兩家企業的李東生遭受重創，他用“鷹的重生”的悲壯，向他的全體員工發生心靈的告白。
