與沃爾瑪談判

    2008年1月1日，中國新《勞動合同法》開始實施，一場大討論也隨之而起。討論的焦點是“勞動法是否過度保護了工人的利益，是否對企業利益産生重大打擊？”但是，一個26歲的年輕人在紛繁嘈雜的聲音中把握住了新《勞動合同法》的真諦——集體工資談判，而且他與自己的老闆——世界500強中的佼佼者沃爾瑪進行了一次成功的集體工資談判。

    A new discussion rose due to the issuing of the new labor law.Among the various acguments，a 26 years old young man grasped the essence of it------collective engotiation on payment.And he accomplished a successful negotiation with Walmart.

    “我想跟我們廣大勞動者説，要相信工會，相信工會組織，能維護大家的利益、合法權益。”

    “我覺得不要把集體合同作為一個終極目標，而是説我們日常也不需要等到三年或者幾年以後，我們再坐多談判桌上來，而是説我們在這條船上的話，我們一定要及時地溝通，我們要想的是，大家如何把這條船撐得又穩又快。”
