網絡幫助西部

    2000年互聯網在中國紅極一時。這一年，一個台灣企業家冒出一個用現代網絡幫助中國貧窮西部成千上萬年輕人，利用互聯網就業脫貧的龐大計劃，他大膽提出如用網絡辦法為西部振興輸入力量，西部開放原本五十年的計劃縮為五年。他用自己的資金買電腦建“千鄉萬村”局域網。用從北京下載信息，當日空運的辦法，解決網絡不通的問題。可惜，因為幾年後的去世，這件事情遺憾終結。
