越洋對話 蒙代爾

    蒙代爾可能是中國人最熟悉的諾貝爾經濟學獎的獲得者。他對中國經濟的關注和他到中國的頻率幾乎超過了的全球知名經濟學家。這場對話，跨越大洋，是用電視技術完成的面對面，因為當時中國正在遭遇SARS的侵害。遠在大洋彼岸的他，希望通過這樣的方式和中國的觀眾進行交流。

    Robect A.Mundell may be the most familiar Nobel Economics Price winner for Chinese people.His constant attention and his frequency of visiting to China exceeded all other renowned economists.This dialogue was achieved through TV technology and it was happened during SARS.

    “中國還是一個發展中國家，我們不能拿它跟世界上最發達的國家相比。對我來説最重要的問題是當一個問題出現的時候能夠馬上去改正它。在中國有這樣的一個解決問題的機制，我們可以看見在很多事件裏面，中國在面臨一些主要問題的時候，能夠有資源、有能力去研究和解決它。

    “針對SARS造成的影響，中國最主要的問題是加快現代化建設和改革的速度。比如説對一些小型企業的貸款，大多數銀行機構都是國有的很大一部分的貸款都貸給國有企業，結果留給私營企業的貸款很少。”

    “China is still a developing country so we should not compare it with the most developed countries in the wold.As to me，the most important probpem is to rectify it once the problem oppears.There is a problem solving mechanism in China，and we saw that China has the resources and capacity to research and solve the problems in many cases.”

    “The most important thing for China is to accelerate the modernization and the reform process.For example，the private small enterprises receive very few loans from the state-owned banks.”
