    他有一本中國最大的賬本，是中國管錢最多的人，他也是中國借錢最多的人。有人説他脖子不好，只會搖頭不會點頭，有人説他耳朵不好，當別人要錢的時候，他的右耳朵就完全聽不見，而當別人進錢的時候，他的左耳朵就好用一點點。有人誇他曾力挽狂瀾，救嚴峻的中國經濟於水火。他就是中國財政部部長——項懷誠。
