朱海鸞女士2010年7月被任命為輝瑞中國公共事務及政策部總監。在這個職位上，朱海鸞女士領導公共事務及政策團隊協調並支持包括生物制藥、營養品、健康藥物、研發、生産、動物保健和膠囊業務等輝瑞中國所有業務部門。

　　朱海鸞女士長期在輝瑞公司工作。她于1995年作為銷售代表加入輝瑞。自2000年起，朱海鸞女士先後擔任醫保業務部門區域醫保業務經理、商務及零售業務部全國渠道經理和商務及多元化業務部副總監等職務。

　　朱海鸞女士畢業于上海第二醫科大學並獲醫學學士學位。

Helen Zhu

　　Director, Public Affairs and Policy

　　Ms. Helen Zhu was appointed as the Director of Public Affairs and Policy for Pfizer China in July 2010. In this capacity, Helen leads the Public Affairs and Policy team in support of all of Pfizer China's enterprise business units, including Pfizer China’s Bio Pharmaceuticals Business, Nutritionals, Consumer Health, Global Research and Development, Global Manufacturing, Animal Health and Capsugel businesses in a highly coordinated manner. 

　　Helen has been a long serving colleague within Pfizer. She began her career at Pfizer in 1995 as a Sales Representative. In 2000, she became the Regional Healthcare Business Manager for the Healthcare Business Department. She then moved to the Commercial and Retail Business Department where she was the National Trade Channel Manager, before becoming Associate Director for Access and Supply of the Commercial and Diversified Business Department.

　　Helen is a graduate of the Shanghai Second Medical University, with a Major in Clinical Medicine.
