Charles-Edouard Bou岢e

　　Charles-Edouard Bou岢e is President of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Asia, and has been a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee since July 2010. He joined the firm as Senior Partner in the Paris Office, where he headed the Financial Services and Utility & Energy Competence Centers as well as the firm's private equity activities. Mr. Bou岢e began his career at Soci岢t岢 G岢n岢rale as an investment banker in Paris and London. Before joining Roland Berger he was Vice President of another leading strategy consulting firm from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Bou岢e has been involved in projects in Europe, the Middle East, America and Asia working mainly on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and large-scale performance improvement projects.

　　Mr. Bou岢e is an economic advisor to the French Government (Conseiller du Commerce Ext岢rieur) in China, and a member of the Shanghai board of the European Chamber of Commerce in China, where he has promoted cooperation among member companies, governments and business communities in both China and Europe. In 2010, he was presented with the Magnolia Award by the Shanghai Municipal Government for his civic leadership and business contributions to Shanghai's development. Mr. Bou岢e is a frequent guest analyst on financial news media such as Bloomberg and CNBC. He is the author of the book China's Management Revolution: Spirit, Land, Energy.

　　Mr. Bou岢e holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master's degree in Law from Paris University.

常博逸 （Charles-Edouard Bou岢e）

　　常博逸先生現任羅蘭貝格管理諮詢公司亞洲區總裁，並於2010年7月當選公司全球董事會成員。常博逸先生加入羅蘭貝格後曾擔任巴黎辦公室的資深合夥人，主要負責金融與私募股權、能源及公用事業領域的業務。常博逸先生的職業生涯始於巴黎和倫敦，當時他是法國興業銀行的投資銀行家，1997年至2001年期間在另一家著名戰略諮詢公司任副總裁。常博逸先生重點關注歐洲、中東、美洲和亞洲地區，負責戰略、並購和大型績效改進等領域的項目。

　　常博逸先生是法國政府的在華經濟顧問（外貿顧問），同時是歐盟商會上海分會的董事會成員，致力於推動中歐兩地公司、政府和商業團體之間的合作。2010年，上海市政府授予常博逸先生白玉蘭獎章，以表彰其傑出的領導才能以及對上海經濟發展所作出的貢獻。常博逸先生經常接受彭博電視、CNBC電視等財經媒體的採訪。常博逸先生是《中國的管理革命：精神、土地、能量》一書的作者。

　　常博逸先生擁有哈佛商學院MBA學位，Ecole Centrale學院授予的理工學碩士學位以及巴黎大學的法學碩士學位。
