1953年4 月4日生於北京。現任北京奧林匹克電視轉播公司的首席運營官，國際田徑聯合會電視委員會委員，亞廣聯奧運會報道委員會主席，國際排聯電視和新媒體委員會委員，大體聯國際媒體委員會委員。
