A lantern manufacturer in north China's Hebei Province has made 15 thousand traditional Chinese palace lanterns. They're all decorated with animated ox images.

The workers have been putting them in boxes before transporting them to customers across the country.

The manager says the lanterns are characterized by an insightful blend of time-honored customs and modern flair. And he expects them to be very popular among buyers.
