Zhang Shu, Beijing Fuwai Hospital said "The reform plan contains many fresh ideas and measures. It allows a doctor to work in several places. It makes full use of medical staff resources, especially in remote areas."

One Beijing resident said "The reform plan raises consulting fees for skilled doctors. I support the idea. I'd like to pay more for a good doctor, who deserves the return. The plan also cuts the price of medicine, we welcome it."

One Changsha resident said "Everybody, including rural residents and urban residents, feel the reforms are fair."

One Shenyang resident said "I've heard the government will expand investment on hospital construction. It's a good thing for residents. We can get proper treatment for minor ailments just outside our homes."

One migrant worker said "I can get a refund where I work, it's great."
