ESPN官網邀請111位專家，就“球員當前實力”去給球星按照0到10分評定。今年排名前十的分別是詹姆斯-勒布朗，凱文-杜蘭特，克裏斯-保羅，科比-布萊恩特，拉塞爾-威斯布魯克，德懷恩-韋德，托尼-帕克，詹姆斯-哈登，卡梅隆-安東尼，蒂姆-鄧肯（排名從一到十）。

      帕克今年位列第7，而去年只排到16位，一位專家寫道“No surprise Duncan and Parker in the Top 10 in #NBARank. Real surprise is they were 16 and 27 respectively last season.（鄧肯和帕克今年在NBA Rank裏排名前十並不新奇，但令人吃驚的是他們去年的排名分別是16和 27。） ”

      Petar Serafimovski 認為“Parker is one of the most underrated players in the NBA, and one of the best non-Americans to ever play the game. #NBARank(帕克是NBA裏最被低估的球員之一，也是非美國人中最出色的球員之一。)”
