Q1: As mentioned earlier, the impeachment motion still needs to be ratified by the constitutional court, even if it is approved by the parliament. Has the constitutional court ever rejected such a motion? Does that previous case share any similarities with Park's?
Q2: President Park's executive powers will be transferred to the prime minister if the parliament votes in favor of impeachment. But the opposition is also demanding for the cabinet to also resign - including the prime minister. If impeachment does happen, a very complex situation seems to follow.
