According to the USGS, an earthquake measuring magnitude-7.1 has just hit central Italy.  There are no reports of damage or casualties yet.

The USGS says the quake was centered 68 kilometers east southeast of Perugia. It was 108 kilometers deep.  This comes after three strong overnight quakes hit the country on Wednesday.
