South Korean President Park Geun-hye's approval rating has fallen to 33 percent. That's according to a latest opinion survey by local pollster Gallup Korea released on Friday.
And another survey earlier this month showed over 60 percent of participants had a negative view of Park's administration. Her approval ratings in some regions also saw a sharp drop of nearly eight percent in a week.
Since the the government announced its decision to install the THAAD system in Seongju County, residents have held daily demonstrations for more than 20 days in a row to show their opposition.
