Clinton warned the DPRK would face "unrelenting pressure of global sanctions" unless its leaders revise their position on its nuclear program. She was speaking at the ASEAN Security conference.
Clinton says China, Japan, Russia and South Korea are all in agreement with Washington on this goal. She also called Iran's nuclear ambitions "unacceptable."
She says Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons will not advance its security or achieve its goals of enhancing its powers, but instead spark a regional arms race.
