We start in Pakistan where former prime minister Benazir Bhutto has ended talks with President General Pervez Musharraf saying Musharraf has not honored his commitments.
Bhutto says fair and transparent elections are not possible during a state of emergency. She's demanding the end of emergency rule and restoration of the deposed chief justice and other judges who did not take oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order.
Bhutto is planning to go ahead with a protest march scheduled to begin in Lahore on Tuesday.

The Punjab provincial government has banned public rallies and says it will enforce the ban. The government blocked Bhutto's rally in Rawalpindi near Islamabad last Friday.
