Thailand's red-shirts are rejecting negotiations with the government unless their conditions are met.

The anti government protesters say they will only take part if the country's parliament is dissolved and elections are called.

The Red Shirts are planning a city-wide march on Saturday. They will fanning out across Bangkok to court the support of urban sympathizers in their bid to force new elections.

Earlier this week, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said he was willing to hold talks with protesters to ease the political tension. But the Red Shirts insist their demands be met first.
