Any charge for A/H1N1 vaccination will face severe punishment: NDRC

China's National Development and Reform Commission is asking local governments to strengthen supervision to prevent anyone charging for A/H1N1 vaccinations. For any schools forcing students to get flu vaccinations to generate profits, the commission says there will be severe punishment.
