China will reach its growth goal of 6.5 to 6.7 percent this year. That was the word Monday from Ning Jizhe, head of the National Bureau of Statistics. Ning said that China's economic situation has been stable in all four quarters and the country is expected to reach its annual growth goal this year. The NBS says China's GDP grew 6.7 percent in each of the first three quarters of this year. Ning said that the Chinese economy would continue growing at a reasonable rate in 2017.
