To Singapore for tennis news, and review the Group Stage draw for the WTA Finals. World Number One Angelique Kerber hopes to cement her grip on the top spot in the sport -- but will have to top a pool that includes Simona Halep, Madison Keys, and Dominika Cibulkova -- in order to reach the semi-finals in the Lion City.

The top-seeded Kerber, who has already won the Australian and US Opens this year, will start as the tournament favorite. The German needs to win the Red Group in order to advance to the Last Four. The White Group is headlined by second seed Agnieszka Radwanska, in the absence of the injured Serena Williams. The Polish world number three will face Karolina Pliskova and Garbine Muguruza, while the fourth spot will be taken by either Svetlana Kuznetsova or Johanna Konta. If Kuznetsova wins the Kremlin Cup, the Russian will qualify, but if she falters, Great Britain's Konta will grab the final ticket.
"If you could have one superpower in your life, what would it be?"
"Well, only one, erm, maybe I can just teleport so I don't need to travel that much and just, you know, one second, and you're there," said Agnieszka Radwanska.
"You know, it was amazing year for me, and, er yeah, I mean everything, what's happened, it's just crazy, still, but I really try to enjoy every single moment. It's something really, what I always dreaming, so it's really nice to be back here in Singapore, and I'm looking forward," said Angelique Kerber.
