A suicide bombing has killed dozens at a government office in northwestern Pakistan. The bomb went off outside the National Database and Registration Authority office in Mardan City.
At least 26 people have been killed, while 52 others wounded. Lawyers and civilians, as well as police officers, are among the victims.
