Malaysian badminton star Lee Chong Wei returned home on Wednesday, with an Olympic silver medal around his neck once again. The athlete says he's not ready to retire just yet, despite suffering the disappointment of missing out on a gold medal for the third Games running.
The world number one, along with Malaysia's other Olympic medalists, were met at Kuala Lumpur International Airport by a welcoming committee led by Prime Minister Najib Razak. Lee finally defeated his Olympic nemesis, China's Lin Dan, in the Rio semi-finals, only to lose to Lin's teammate Chen Long in the gold medal final. It was the third straight defeat in an Olympic men's singles final for Lee.
But despite reports that he may quit before the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, 33 year-old Lee said that he has not yet decided whether to continue and play in a fourth Games.
