China's industrial profits grew faster in June as commodities prices continue to rebound.
The National Bureau of Statistics says the growth of industrial profits accelerated from 3.7 percent in May to 5.1 percent in June. Profits for the January to June period grew 6.2 percent.
The profits of petroleum producers surged 62 percent from the same period last year due to a rebound in crude prices. The NBS says China will continue to cut taxes and facilitate financing to boost the industrial sector in the second half of this year.
