The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has threatened to take "physical measures" against the deployment of a US missile defense system in South Korea.
The DPRK army said on Monday the physical counter-measures will be taken the moment the location of the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense or THAAD system is confirmed by South Korea.
The DPRK also said the decision by Washington and Seoul is a direct product of the US's ambition to dominate the world. It also said South Korea's confrontational moves are a bid to invade the DPRK.
