Russian International Affairs Council, or RIAC is now holding a conference on Russia-China relations in Moscow. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and China's former State Councilor Dai Bingguo, who also co-chairs the Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development, are about to deliver speeches on the bilateral ties.
