China and Russia have agreed to enhance cooperation on energy and between small- and medium-sized enterprises.
Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli and his Russian counterpart Arkady Dvorkovich co-chaired a meeting of the China-Russia Energy Cooperation Committee and attended a SMEs Forum in Russia's Black Sea resort of Sochi.
In energy, the two vice premiers reached broad consensus on cooperation in the fields of natural gas, oil, coal, electricity and nuclear power, and signed a meeting protocol.
In his address at the SMEs forum, Zhang called SMEs "the driving force" of cooperation between the two countries, and said they have broad prospects and potential.
