Chinese president Xi Jinping has sent a congratulatory letter to the DPRK leader Kim Jong Un, on his election as chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea. Xi Jinping said China is willing to promote bilateral ties, and contribute together to the peace, stability, and development of the region.
