When meeting with senior Japanese government officials in Tokyo, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken said U.S. will respond strongly in the case of a further nuclear test by the DPRK.
He added that the DPRK would be digging itself deeper into a hole if it pursued further provocations.
