　　馬來西亞歌手柯以敏如今已經是一個四歲孩子的媽媽了。她有著自己成功的事業和幸福的家庭。但是她成功的道路並不是一帆風順的，在今天的節目中，我們就要請她來講一講她的音樂歷程，她在英國留學的經歷以及現今落戶北京的感受。敬請收看《希望-英語雜誌》週一“朋友會”。

　　柯以敏1972年出生在美麗的馬來西亞。

　　這個景色美麗，氣候炎熱的國家賦予了柯以敏率真爽朗的個性。

　　Mindy was born in 1972, in the beautiful country of Malaysia. This wonderful warm, scenic country gave Mindy her straightforward and open personality.

　　1981年，9歲的柯以敏就遠渡重洋到英國學習音樂，但是在她的記憶中，色彩艷麗的馬來西亞始終是她最美麗的家鄉。

　　Although Mindy moved to faraway England in 1981 to study music when she was only 9 years old, colorful Malaysia remains forever in her mind as her most beautiful homeland.

　　柯以敏並非出身於音樂世家，但是她，哥哥和妹妹都選擇了音樂作為自己一生的事業。

　　Although Mindy was not born into a musical family, she, her brother and her little sister all chose music as their life careers.

　　雖然9歲的柯以敏就遠渡重洋到英國學習音樂，並立志成為一名流行歌手，但最初家人並不支持她這樣做。

　　Although Mindy went to England when she was only 9 years old to study music, setting a goal to become a pop singer, her parents did not support her decision.

　　通過不懈努力，柯以敏最終獲得了英國皇家鋼琴八級，電腦音樂程序及倫敦Guildhan音樂學院聲樂晉級的最高級。

　　Through hard work, Mindy eventually tested into Level 8 in the British Royal Piano, and achieved the highest levels in Computer Music and Vocal Music at the Guildham Music Conservatory.

　　1991年，19歲的柯以敏學成回到馬來西亞，參加了索尼公司的歌手比賽，並取得了第一名的好成績，由此迎來了她事業的第一個高峰出版了她的第一張專輯《太傻》。

　　In 1991, 19-year-old Mindy went back to her home country of Malaysia, and took part in the competition sponsored by SONY Company, winning first prize. This ushered in the first high point of her musical career, with the release of her first album “Too Gullible”.

　　柯以敏就這樣用她對音樂的熱愛和忠誠一直歌唱。

　　After many years, Mindy still clings to her faith and passion for music in her singing.

　　2004年，柯以敏和她的愛人以及四歲的小女兒一起，把他們的家搬到了北京，並與京文唱片簽約，推出了自己最新的專輯《好男人》。

　　In the year 2004, Mindy, along with her husband and her 4-year-old daughter, moved to Beijing. There, she signed with the Jingwen Music Company, which released her new album “Good Men”.

　　柯以敏的愛人比她年長10歲，曾經是她的經紀人。用柯以敏的話説，她的人生很濃縮。他們相戀半年就步入了婚姻的殿堂，再過一年，他們可愛的小女兒就降生了。

　　Mindy’s husband, her former manager, is 10 years older than she is. As Mindy says, her life has been condensed into a very brief period of time: They got married after a short six-month courtship, and one year later their lovely daughter was born.

　　平日，柯以敏喜歡練瑜珈。她已經練了兩三年了。她説瑜珈可以給她健康的身體和平靜的心情。

　　In her spare time, Mindy likes to practice yoga which she has been studying for two or three years. She says yoga gives her a healthy body and a tranquil mind.
