　　Belle是一家速遞公司的速遞員，在車水馬龍的紐約曼哈頓，她憑藉著高超的車技穿梭在大街小巷。其實，擁有一輛高性能的賽車，展示自己的高超車技，是Belle最大的夢想。但是，不是每個人的夢想都能夠馬上實現，為了能夠早一天開上賽車，Belle經過努力，考取了出租車執照，為自己開賽車的夢想又邁進了飛躍性的一步。

　　Belle works for an express delivery company and she enjoys racing through the crowded streets of Manhattan. She always fantasizes about having a racing car to show off her driving skill. However, not everyone’s dream can come true over night. In order to achieve her dream, Belle applies for a taxi license, which is a big step forward in the pursuit of her dream.

　　Washburn是個笨手笨腳的警察，在一次執行任務中，他不僅使自己的同伴受傷，而且，總是拿不到駕駛執照的他，將汽車開進了商店！

　　Washburn is a bumbling police officer. In this mission, he not only gets his partner injured, but also crashes a car into a store because of his poor driving skill.

　　Washburn receives a message that a bank is being robbed. But again, he makes a total mess of things...

　　情急之下，Washburn坐上了Belle的出租車。

　　原來開著紅色跑車，搶劫銀行的劫匪竟是四位來自異國的美女。

　　Ah, so the bank robbers in the red BMW are four foreign beauties.

　　警察Washburn由於過度緊張，連自己的武器都拿不住！

　　Washburn is too nervous to hold on to his own weapon.

　　Belle開的車把劫匪逼進了死衚同！

　　Belle’s perfect driving skill has forced the robbers’ car into a dead end.

　　最終，Washburn還是讓劫匪跑掉了。Belle看到自己的新車被Washburn打壞了，很是生氣。

　　Finally, Washburn lets the robbers escape. Belle is pretty angry to see Washburn damage her new taxi.

　　Washburn又一次行動失敗，惹惱了他的上司，同時也引來聯邦調查局的人。Belle心愛的出租車也因為參與這些笨拙的行動而被沒收了，這使Belle感到十分惱火。

　　Washburn has failed again. This makes his boss angry, but also attracts the attention of the FBI. Belle’s taxi has also been impounded because of her involvement in this ridiculous action. This makes Belle very angry.

　　Belle為了讓Washburn幫助自己拿回出租車，答應幫助Washburn去抓銀行劫匪。

　　其實，Washburn很想成為一名好警察，也想拿到駕駛執照，在Belle的鼓勵下，安迪把汽車開了起來。

　　Actually, Washburn really wants to be a good policeman and get his driver’s license. With Belle’s encouragement, Andy starts the car.

　　Washburn和Belle堅持不懈，調查出了劫匪們把搶到的錢先放到垃圾站，然後再去垃圾站取錢。Washburn知道了劫匪們的下一個作案地點，把這個消息報告給了他的上司，在抓捕劫匪的過程中，上司為了救一名人質，自己甘願成為人質。Washburn急中生智，和Belle搶先一步，拿到了贓款，想出了拿錢交換人質的辦法。

　　After their persistent investigation, Washburn and Belle find out that the robbers will drop the money into garbage cans and pick it up latter. Washburn has also found out what the robbers’ next target will be, and reports the news to his superior. In the process of capturing the robbers, Washburn’s superior offers herself as a trade for a hostage the robbers have captured. Washburn and Belle prove to be resourceful in a crisis, and get the money before the robbers do. They come up with a plan to trade the money for the hostage.

　　經過了緊張、鬥智鬥勇的較量的，劫匪們被困在了斷橋中。

　　The ending: after a fierce struggle and a tense chase, the robbers end up trapped on a bridge still under construction.

　　由於Belle在抓捕銀行劫匪的過程中，立下了汗馬功勞，銀行為了表示對她的感謝，獎賞給了她一輛賽車，Belle如願以償地成為了一名賽車手。

　　In order to show their gratitude to Belle for her efforts in capturing the bank robbers, the New York banks sponsor a racing car for Belle. And so, Belle has finally realized her dream of becoming a professional racer.
