　　Cranberries：

　　Cranberries in Chinese called“酸草莓樂隊”. There are 4 people in the band，they all come form Ireland. “Cranberry”這個詞是“酸草莓”的意思，不過這個樂隊在國內也常被譯成“卡百利”樂隊。他們的主唱Dolores唱腔高亢中帶有委婉，像王菲, 范曉萱，在很大程度上都模倣她的唱法。其中“Dreams”就是王菲“夢中人”的英文原版，從中可以聽出，王菲的演唱風格幾乎完全模倣Dolores的唱腔。

　　The Corrs：

　　The Corrs are an Irish quartet made up of four siblings, three sisters and one brother. They formed the band thirteen years ago, in 1990. The originality of their music comes from the unique blend of traditional Irish music and modern pop-rock.

　　They have found success all around the world. Their first album Forgiven Not Forgotten has had world wide sales of over two million, and an eight-times platinum in Australia and Ireland. Their second album Talk On Corners is going strong with sales figures in the millions and was the biggest selling album in the U.K. in 1998

　　We are what we're supposed to be.這裡的Be supposed to do是一個比較常用的詞組，是按照計劃應該做什麼的意思。比如説：She is supposed to call me.她應該給我打電話。You are supposed to read this book. 你應該讀一讀這本書。Be supposed to do 是表示按照計劃應該做什麼的意思。

　　Suppose本身的意思是猜想，猜測。比如説：我猜想他不到20歲。 I suppose him not to be twenty. I suppose him not to be twenty.

　　We are the color symphony. 我們是顏色的交響樂。Symphony 這個詞是交響樂的意思，Symphony它的詞根是phon含義是“聲音”，比如還有telephone, microphone等等，都是和聲音有關的詞。英語的許多詞都是有它們特定的詞根，比如：bio 含義是“生物，生命”， 比如：biology生物學, bionics倣生學 再説一個好記的詞根test, 含義是“證明，證實”。比如：testify, contest(爭論)

　　Here comes Spiderman. 蜘蛛人來到了這裡。在這裡我們看到有個用法是把here或there 這個副詞提前了，這只有在使用come 和go是才可以，如果主語是某個人時，我們把主語放在come 和go 的後面，像歌詞中的Here comes Spiderman. Here comes Spiderman. 如果主語是代詞I he she等，我們把它放在come和go 的前面，如：There he comes. Here we go.

　　在這裡A bunch of stars, 許多的星星。a bunch of表示許多的意思。我們説許多時常用a lot of, 可是美國人除了 a lot of , 他們還很喜歡説 a bunch of. 通常是指一堆東西。比如説：Here is a bunch of books. I ate a bunch of cookie. 還有一些可以表示“許多”的詞比如：a great number of, plenty of, an amount of, a couple of等等。
