The United States says Washington is still seeking a serious and effective solution to the crisis triggered by Pyongyang's recent nuclear test.
Stephen Bosworth, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's Special Representative for the DPRK Policy, made the comment while speaking in front of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Thursday.
He also noted that re-listing the DPRK as a state sponsor of terrorism would NOT result in any new material penalty to Pyongyang. That's because other tough measures have already been applied to the country.
