Roadside bombing kills 25 Afghans near Afghan capital

In Afghanistan, 25 people have been killed after a roadside bomb went off Thursday morning, 50 kilometers south from the capital of Kabul.

A US helicopter lands at a base in Nijrab district, Afghanistan. An overturned truck rigged with explosives blew up on a crowded road  south of the Afghan capital, killing civilians including school children, officials said.(AFP/File/Massoud Hossaini)

Most of the dead are civilians. No group or individual has yet to claim responsibility for this attack.
