World Health Organization experts say they have not yet confirmed the suspected SARS case in south China's Guangzhou City. But, they say, the WHO headquarters in Beijing will announce the results of their investigation soon.
WHO experts inspected Guangdong Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Guangzhou Number 8 People's Hospital, where the suspected SARS patient is staying.
Earlier, the five inspectors attended a meeting to listen to reports from local communicable disease experts. During their five day inspection, the experts will also conduct a series of talks with local health authorities on communicable disease investigation, diagnosis and containment.
