綠色發展是生態文明建設、構建高質量現代化經濟體系的必然要求，代表了當今科技和産業變革方向，是最有前途的發展領域。特別是在數字時代，數字經濟賦能綠色發展是推動傳統産業綠色化的重要抓手，是綠色科技産業不斷迭代升級的必由之路。
　　繼2018年首屆成功舉辦後，2020綠色發展科技創新大會繼續由中國科學技術協會、生態環境部、住房和城鄉建設部主辦，中共湖州市委、湖州市人民政府、中共安吉縣委、安吉縣人民政府、中國科協生態環境産學聯合體、中國環境科學學會、中國城市規劃學會、中國國際科技交流中心、浙江省科學技術協會承辦。
　　會議將圍繞“數字經濟賦能綠色發展”這一主題，邀請國內外相關領域知名專家、學者、全球綠色城市管理者共同就環境科學與數字技術、城市智慧與健康城市發展、智慧環保與美麗中國建設等議題開展交流研討，實現學思踐悟“綠水青山就是金山銀山”理念思想精髓、彰顯數字經濟引領綠色發展的強勁動力、宣傳推介安吉的優良投資環境、促進全球綠色城市交流合作的目的。大會內容包括開幕式、主旨報告、全球綠色城市對話、技術路演、專題論壇等。

　　Green development is an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization and a high-quality modern economic system. It shows the direction of modern technological and industrial transformation and it is sure to be the most promising field of development. Especially in the digital age, green development energized by digital economy is an important means to promote the greening of traditional industries, and is as well an indispensable way for the constant upgrading of the green science and technology industry.
　　After the success of the first conference in 2018, the 2020 Green Development Innovation Conference will continue to be convened and sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and organized by Huzhou Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, Huzhou Municipal People's Government, Anji County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, Anji County People's Government, CAST Alliance for Ecological and Environmental Sciences and Industry, Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, China Association of City Planning, China Center for International Science and Technology Exchange and Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology.
　　The theme of this conference is “Digital Economy Energizing Green Development”, centered on which renowned experts in relevant fields, scholars, managers of global green cities from China and abroad will be invited to exchange ideas and discuss on subjects such as environmental science and digital technology, urban intelligence and healthy development, smart environmental protection and construction of beautiful China. Through the conference, the concept of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” will be thoroughly perceived and implemented, and the strong impetus for digital economy energizing green development will be highlighted. The conference will also promote Anji's excellent investment environment and realize the purpose of boosting global green city exchanges and cooperation. The contents of the conference include the opening ceremony, keynote speech, global green city dialogue, technology roadshow, and thematic forums.
