Palestinian chief negotiator, Saeb Erekat, has reiterated calls from the Arab League to restart the stalled peace talks.
Meanwhile Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has also welcomed the initiative. But he added that his government may attach some conditions to the talks.
Saeb Erekat, Palestinian chief negotiator, said, "We have no elusion that upon the Israeli practices, Arabs saw it very very clearly that this Israeli government is undermining the efforts but nevertheless a chance was given. We hope that the American administration will seize this opportunity in the four coming months in order to introduce its bridging proposals of the two states on the 1967 borders."
