China and Russia are calling for calm after Saturday's launch of seven missiles by the DPRK. Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei is in Moscow to discuss security in the region.

Wu Dawei and his Russian counterpart, Alexei Borodavkin, say they are concerned over current tensions in Northeast Asia, which they say could trigger another arms race and harm regional security.
They have called for a stop to any further actions that could exacerbate the situation... asking all sides to return to the negotiating table, and resolve their differences through dialogue and diplomacy.
