A book exhibition celebrating World Reading Day has been going on at Book City. The exhibition features eight hundred and fifty titles, encompassing three major categories of Chinese or foreign classics of all fields, ancient literary classics of China, and excellent reading materials for kids and youngsters.

And book city will continue their signature program "Shenzhen Eight O'clock at Night", inviting popular writers to meet the public. This interactive activity has been held at the store for half a year. The store regularly invites writers to sign books and talk with readers.

Hu Zhongjian, a staff member from Shenzhen Central Book City said, “This is a popular program of our Book City, readers are excited to get close to the writers they like and talk with them.”

World Reading Day reminds people the joy of reading books, something that cannot be replaced by reading on the Internet.
