Tokyo's International Cartoon Festival is now under way.

Big cartoon companies, animated film companies and game software companies around Japan and around the globe have come to Tokyo. Among them are fourteen Chinese cartoon companies, as well as sixty outstanding products including the hit film "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf." "Detective Conan," "Naruto" and "Usavich" have all released the latest in their series. Visitor numbers are expected to reach 130 thousand by the time the Festival wraps up on Saturday.
