Action movie star Michelle Yeoh has cast herself in a new role. She's taken her 20-years experience in the entertainment world and become a talent agent. Yeoh has formed her own company to find and promote new stars.

Michelle Yeoh started the company in collaboration with two veteran producers. 8 actors from the Chinese mainland,Hong Kong and Taiwan have signed contracts as the company's first clients. Among them are includes Zhang Fengyi, Kelly Lin Hsilei, Jennifer Hong and Mark Cheng. Most are rising stars of the cinema.

Yeoh also says veteran actors or freshmen, must have a passion and a dream. Plans for her company call for a line up of new comers to the scene as well as some eager veterans.
