Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang says, "both China and the US are paying great attention, whether it's to their Strategic Dialogue, or the Strategic and Economic Dialogues. The mechanisms are important platforms for promoting bilateral exchange and improving mutual understanding and cooperation."
