Fourty universities and colleges in China have signed agreements with nearly 30 economic development areas for an employment program that will begin in February next year.
The new intern scheme for employment for college graduates will combine colleges and the software training bases in the economic development areas.

Through the arrangement, graduates will receive instruction from software companies to earn some money, under the guidance of tutors. The software companies say the arrangement will help them to train and find talented people who are hard to recruit in the labor market.
Over 300,000 college graduates have shown interest in the program. More than one million graduates are expected to find jobs through the plan.
