China's large state-owned enterprises begin recruiting among graduate students in Beijing on Thursday. China Aviation Industrial Corporation is taking the lead in providing more opportunities for students.

About 80 companies under the control of the China Aviation Industrial Corporation have more than 7,000 posts at the the job fair in Beijing. The group will provide 12,000 posts in total to graduate students.
Gao Jianshe, deputy GM, China Aviation Industrial Corporation, says, "the job offers focus on the aviation field, such as aircraft and aircraft engine design and manufacture".
About 2,000 students from Beihang University are bringing resumes to the job fair.
Yue Xiaodai, graduate student of Beihang University, says, "we should lower our expectations. And we also need to do research and preparation works in order to better understand the employers."
Yue Xiaodai says, "I didn't consider the salary issue, it's a good surprise."
An employer says, "we have received 100 copies of resumes, graduate students take up 80 percent. We are satisfied with 70 to 80 students."
In the following months, 12,000 of graduates will take all these posts provided by the China Aviation Industrial Corporation in several cities.
