The plane landed at Shanghai's Pudong International Airport at 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday.
Health workers were waiting. They gave everyone a preliminary medical check, and say all the passengers and crew have normal body temperatures.
The plane picked up 79 Chinese nationals in Mexico City and 19 others in Tijuana under an agreement with Mexico for both sides to bring back travellers to their own countries.
Officials say an infectious disease specialist accompanied passengers on the flight.
