The Chinese chartered plane took off early on Wednesday morning from Mexico. It's expected to arrive at Pudong International Airport in Shanghai on Wednesday afternoon, local time.

Due to bad weather, the plane was delayed in Los Angeles along the way. Doctors are monitoring the health of the passengers. All passengers are described as being in normal condition.
