A top South Korean nuclear negotiator says the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's stance on the nuclear disarmament process is mostly unchanged.
Hwang Joon-kook made the remarks in Beijing after a five-day visit to Pyongyang.

Hwang says his team toured nuclear facilities at the DPRK's main reactor at Yongbyon. And they also met the country's Foreign Ministry officials.
The visit is viewed as an encouraging sign that Pyongyang has not abandoned a disarmament-for-aid pact reached in 2007 by six-party talks.
The nuclear talks are currently stalled over verification procedures. On Monday, Pyongyang warned that the DPRK does not engage in "empty talk" and has "guns and bayonets" aimed at its southern neighbor.
