The group says the facilities are at the core of an accelerated nuclear weapons programme. But Iran's president remains defiant.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran, or NCRI, says Iran established a new command and control center for a programme last April.
It's coded-named Lavizan-2 and it's at Tehran's southeastern outskirts.
The NCRI foreign affairs chief Mohammad Mohaddessin showed satellite images of the new control center.
He says his information comes from "hundreds" of sources including people working at the sites and within the Iranian government offices.

He has called on the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect the sites immediately and interview scientists running them.
Mohammad Mohaddessin, NCRI foreign affairs chief, said, "The Iranian regime is undoubtedly developing the nuclear bomb. None of the three essential parts to make nuclear bombs has been halted. To the contrary all three parts have sped up. I mean enrichment of uranium, the second weaponizing, and the third missile and delivery system for bomb."
The NCRI is the political arm of the Iraq-based People's Mujahideen guerrilla group. It's on the US and EU list of outlawed terrorist organizations.
Earlier, President Ahmadinejad said Iran would ignore calls by major powers to halt sensitive nuclear work that has led to two rounds of UN sanctions.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iranian President, said, "From the Iranian point of view, Iran's nuclear case is closed today and the dispute that they have made to weaken Iranians' will is finished."
The IAEA report is expected to be released this week.
Iran insists its nuclear effort is entirely peaceful and has refused to stop the work.
