Pakistan blast kills at least 9 people

A bomb planted on a motorbike killed at least nine people and wounded dozens of others in Pakistan's largest city, Karachi on Monday evening.

The motorcycle where the bomb was concealed was parked among fruit in an industrial district.

Two boys were among the dead and 52 people were wounded five of them are in critical condition.

It's not immediately clear who is behind the blast. After the explosion, rioting broke out near the scene of the bombing.

The Interior Ministry says Monday's bombing is an attempt to disrupt peace in the city after the return to normality.
