Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf says uncertainty remains over the exact cause of Benazir Bhutto's death.

He denies accusations the military or intelligence services were involved in the attack.

Musharraf implies it was Bhutto's decision to greet supporters through the sunroof of her armored vehicle and not a security lapse that was responsible for her killing.

Pervez Musharraf, Pakistani President, said, "All the roofs of the buildings around were occupied by police. All this was done, and the vehicle, of course was bullet proof. The people sitting next to her, on the left is Mr Amin Fahim, on her right was Naith Khan. Nobody gets hurt, only she when she rises outside, she decides to rise above the sunroof, so this is the security."
