The US is reaffirming its argument that the Russian nuclear supplies mean Tehran should suspend its uranium enrichment program.

President George W. Bush made the remark on Monday after a Russian company confirmed the first shipment.

George W. Bush, US President, said, "Today Russia sent some enriched, or is in the process of sending enriched uranium to Iran to help on their civilian nuclear reactor. If that is the case, if the Russians are willing to do that, which I support, then the Iranians do not need to learn how to enrich."
